Metaphor Coaching:
Metaphor coaching is perfect if you need to get clear on a specific problem or if you feel you are going around in circles whilst trying to make a decision.
In this 60 minute online coaching session we will work together through the use of objects and their placement. This method provides a detached way of viewing a complex situation and offers you the ability to see your situation with new eyes, helping you to untangle and make sense of it.
One off sessions are welcome.

Values Coaching Package:
Values Coaching consists of two coaching calls where we will deep dive into discovering your core values and explore ways in which you can live your life more in alignment with these values.

A tailored 90 minute online coaching session exploring your business ideas, ending the session with an action plan to take your ideas forwards.

Clarity Coaching Package:
This package is for you if you are feeling lost and you are not sure which route to take in your life.
The clarity coaching package consists of access to my Vision Board course, four 60 minute online coaching sessions and one month access to my online group coaching programme – the Meteor Membership
Before we meet for our first coaching session you will be invited to create a vision board using my signature method through access to my self study vision board course. Through your Vision Board we will explore your hopes, dreams and Life goals. We then deep dive into discovering your Core Values, explore your strengths and develop a plan of action.
