This online workshop is run over two one hour sessions on Zoom, with one week in between to practice the technique.
You will use a Positive Psychology technique which is proven to increase wellbeing.
Week 1 Workshop – an introduction to strengths and choosing your top strength to work with.
During the 7 days between the workshops you will be invited to use your chosen strength each day.
Week 2 Workshop – discussing progress and results as a group.
