All services are provided by Ruth Adams.
Ruth Adams provides Positive Psychology and Clarity Coaching. The services provided under these terms of business relate to the one to one Clarity Package where you will get:
- Four one to one calls via Zoom lasting 60 minutes;
- The contents of the calls will include exploring your vision board, values and strengths.
All services are performed by Ruth Adams. No services are outsourced.
- Fees and Payment Terms
The fees for all sessions are charged in advance.
24hrs notice is required for cancelling or rearranging a coaching session.
If less than 24hrs notice is given to the coach the client forfeits the time and the fee.
VAT is not charged and there are no additional expenses.
Payment is due within 7 days of the date of any invoice. After the 7-day period any outstanding sums become an unpaid debt. Ruth Adams reserve their right to seek statutory interest on any unpaid debts.
- Cancellation policy
24hrs notice is required for cancelling or rearranging a coaching session. If less than 24hrs notice is given to the coach the client forfeits the time and the fee.
- Termination of coaching
The coaching sessions can be terminated at any time by either party. All coaching sessions not taken will be refunded providing 24hrs notice has been given.
- Data Protection
- Intellectual Property Rights
I retain all copyright in any document prepared in the course of carrying out any services on your behalf. Should you wish to use the document for additional purposes a licence fee can be agreed.
Communications between us are confidential. I will take all reasonable steps not to disclose personal information about you and your business save for in circumstances as required by law, or when information disclosed results in the coach reasonably believing that you are at risk to yourself or others, or by me to perform the internal operations of my business, such as disclosure to an accountant.
- Communications and Retention of Information
Communication with clients will be via email or telephone unless otherwise agreed in advance. Electronic communications are not totally secure and I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by viruses. My usual business hours are 10am until 6pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times responses to any communications may not be read or responded to. Please be aware that as part of the content strategy for my business, social media posts may be uploaded to social channels outside of these hours.
Documents and information in relation to your matters will not be held longer than required by insurance provider obligations.
- Complaints and Refunds
I am committed to providing you with a high-quality service that is both efficient and effective. However, should there be any cause for complaint in relation to any aspect of our service, please contact Ruth Adams at email@example.com . I agree to look into your complaint carefully and promptly and take reasonable steps to resolve it.
Refunds will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.
- Limitation of Liability
Services are provided to you with reasonable care and skill.
I do not and cannot guarantee any specific results in respect of transformational improvement in wellbeing or clarity of future goals.
- Third Party Rights
No person other than the person provided with a copy of these Terms of Business shall be deemed to have the benefit of the services, or have any rights to enforce or rely on any of the terms.
- Applicable Law
These Terms of Business are my standard terms and conditions of business and should at all times be construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
The courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, or dispute arising out of this engagement or any matter arising from it.
