Come and join me for this free one hour online workshop where I will share the theory behind Mindfulness from Positive Psychology literature. You will get the opportunity to participate in some practical exercises (positive psychology interventions) designed and evidenced to help increase your wellbeing drawn from positive psychology research studies.
This is an interactive workshop so be camera ready!!
Please bring your journal/ some paper and a pen for some of the exercises.
Also, please bring a small, interesting stone or crystal with you!
