We use the lunar cycle as a backdrop for focused reflection, so you can turn insight into practical, achievable actions tailored to your own life and circumstances.

Held in rhythm with the New Moon, each session uses the natural cycle as a lens for reflection and intention-setting. The Moon provides the theme, the group provides support, and you provide the action, creating a simple, sustainable structure for ongoing growth aligned with what truly matters to you.

When We Meet
Sessions take place at 7.15pm for one and a half hours, held on each Lunar Cycle/New Moon each month.
(Exact dates shared in advance – don’t miss it!)
