Get out in the Garden!

There are so many studies on the benefits of gardening, it decreases stress, improves mental health and improves our wellbeing.
What is not to like?
I think that gardens offer many things. Now I cannot lie and say that I actually do much gardening but what I do love is watching the nature. There has been a baby robin who has gradually been turning from a very scruffy fluff ball into a rather beautiful bird.
