So today I wanted to talk about meditation.
The benefits of meditation include reducing stress, greater energy and enthusiasm for life and enhanced resilience which is all backed by research.
But what is meditation? There are so many ways to meditate that there will be something to suit everyone. What does meditation mean to you?
I like guided mediations (my brain struggles with silence!!) or spending a mindful minute by setting a timer for one minute and focusing on something such as chocolate (I wonder why!) as if it is the first time I have seen it, smelt it or tasted it.
