An 11-day guided morning journey and journalling inspired by the Autumn Equinox, the turning of the seasons, and the harvest within.
Over eleven mornings, we will gather online in a gentle and supportive space to begin each day with intention.
Through stillness, reflection, intuitive guidance, and journaling, you’ll create space to:
- quieten mental and emotional noise
- reconnect with your inner wisdom
- recognise and celebrate how far you’ve come
- gain clarity on what is calling for your attention now
- align with your inner wisdom and deepest intentions
- begin each day feeling grounded, centred, and connected
A simple daily practice that allows clarity to emerge naturally.
Together we will explore:
- Honouring the growth we cannot always see
- Gathering the wisdom of our experience
- Finding balance between doing and being
- Releasing what has served its purpose
- Making space for rest, reflection and renewal
- Choosing what we wish to carry forward
- Trusting the seeds that are still beneath the surface

All from the comfort of your own home.
You will need:
- A device that supports Zoom
- A device that has Signal installed (a messaging app – instructions will be sent via email the day before)
- Pen and a Journal or notebook
- A candle
- (optional) bring along any Oracle or Tarot decks that you own
please note that replays will not be provided for these workshops
Can’t make it live every morning? Not a problem, although there will be no replay, I will send the journaling prompt and cards pulled into our dedicated Signal group during each session so you can catch up later in the day.
